anxiety and big brothers that rock.

Justiney girl is still down with the flu.

and anxiety.

Anxiety is a really awful awful feeling. It is all consuming if you let it be.

It is sheer panic in your heart and head and body.

It mostly makes no sense. It often isn't realistic or sensible. And it is very hard to tame it.

Justine has had it for years and years. She has cancelled birthday parties over it, stayed up all night because of it. Kept me up all night because of it, stayed home from events because of it. It is a major bummer.

And it is taking a toll on her right now. It always gets worse at night. It creates her to feel very unsafe and she wants to be home where she is comfortable and use to everything.

So while she really has had the flu, she is now being tested with anxiety and very worried about it flaring up at night while she is at her apartment.

So today, even though she felt horrible, and is getting very worried and anxious about leaving her home, we went to her apartment and met most of the room mates and made up her darling bed.

This is Josie, her friend from church.

They will likely be having a blast together. Josie is so mich fun.

Dad helping get Justine's pillow case secure.

Josie had a cute book for Justine to borrow called Jitters about being nervous. It was sweet.

Of course dad has to check out the technicality of the apartment. This is Justine's bathroom area. Can you believe their OWN washer and dryer???? Lucky!

The kitchen

Justine only grabbed a few things for her shelves. Her big foot doll (remember family nickname for her) and these cute canvas art things she did. The deer is all gold glitter and she made it herself! Isn't her bed cute and cozy?

and very tall? She is like those little dogs who need ramps to get into their beds. It' a cool bed though.

I am praying for her brain to relax and give her a chance to enjoy this opportunity.

Here is what happens when you are Rhett's baby sister and you are too tired to walk on the hike.

Big brother Nathan also makes a nice pillow for the ride home.

Lucky girl.
